Cone Patterns - Morning

Morning – Cone Patterns (6 patterns total)

  • Practice is open from 6:00 AM till 8:30 AM. Ride them as much as you want.

  • When the real competition starts, you only get ONE shot at each pattern for a score. No do-overs (alibis apply).

  • Tie breakers for top score will go head to head in a "special" competition

Scoring for solo patterns

  • Every pattern is worth 10 points if you ride it clean.

  • Touch a cone = –1 point

  • Knock a cone down = –3 points

  • Foot down = –5 points

  • Out of pattern or bike down= –10 points (you get a zero for that pattern)

  • Ride all six patterns for a total high score of 60 points.

Team Competition (Optional Event)

  • Grab two buddies and make a team of 3 and enter a team competition.

  • All three of you ride the same 6 patterns; however, all three enter a pattern together and must exit together

  • Every pattern is worth a max of 10 points if the team rides it clean.  Same rules apply as solos

  • Total score is 60 points

Last Motor Riding - Afternoon

We set up two large top gun style boxes.  Depending on how many sign up, 6-10 riders all start at the same time and ride around inside the box. Goal is to be the last motor still riding around.

You’re out if:

  • you put a foot down

  • you knock a cone over

  • you drop the bike

  • you hit another bike

You can brake check, block, cut off and outride to try to get the other riders to put their foot down, Just Don’t Touch.

When you get knocked out you stay right where you are (bike and all) and become another obstacle.

We’ll run several of these boxes in the afternoon. Winners from each one will come back and go head-to-head in the final Last Motor Riding box. Last guy riding in the final is the overall Last Motor Riding champ.

Tether Competition - Morning and Afternoon

Two motorcycles connected by a Velcro tether (exact length announced morning of event).

Short pattern with multiple turns.

Timed event – fastest clean run wins.

Each team gets two runs; only your fastest time counts.

Break Tether =  No Time

Out of Pattern =  No Time

Bike Down =  No Time

Foot Down =  No Time

Delineator Touched or Down = No Time
