Privacy notice

What we collect: when you register to ride: your name, department, email, phone number, shirt size, payment status, and your signed liability waiver (typed name, drawn signature, date and time, and the IP address and device used to sign, kept as a record of your agreement). When you apply as a vendor: your business name, name, email, phone number, product and space details, and application and payment status. When you buy premium raffle tickets: your name, email, phone number, and ticket purchase details. When you donate: your name, email, the amount, and any organization or message you include.

Why: to run the Tri-City Motor Rodeo: registration, vendor review, raffle tickets and drawings, donation receipts, check-in, shirts, and event updates. We don't use it for anything else.

Who can see it: only event staff with a login. It is never sold or shared with anyone else.

Payments: online payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers. We keep only a PayPal transaction reference and whether you've paid.
