Tell us about your business, what you're selling, and how much space you need.

Get approved
TCMR reviews every application and emails you with a decision.

Pay the vendor fee
Once approved, pay the $50.00 vendor fee online with PayPal, or at check-in with cash, card, or check.
TCMR reserves the right to deny any vendor application based on space availability, event suitability, or any other reason. Want to donate a raffle prize too? Email tricitymotorrodeo@gmail.com.

- $50.00
- Due after approval. Pay online or at check-in.
- Arrival
- 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Go straight to the Vendor Registration table for your assigned spot.
- Spot size
- 10' × 10'
- Need more room? Contact us early and we'll try to give you adjacent spots.
- Bring your own
- Canopy, tables, chairs, displays, and all supplies. TCMR doesn't provide vendor equipment.
- Parking
- Park directly behind your booth.
- What sells
- Law enforcement merchandise, apparel, accessories, and food (if permitted). Ask us if you're unsure.
